This was my first time eating here, I always heard nothing but great things about the food. The steak sandwich was a great product, the salad was very fresh, chilled, and the romaine was crisp and refreshing. All that side the only deduction, in my opinion, is the assumed definition and mostly arbitrarily portrayed sizes of the large sandwich option or the other size option (either, small, half, medium, etc.) are most visually deceptive on a phone screen. My point being $16 for a large, and it r really only being only 5 almost 6", was disappointing as the only reference was a photograph, I chose them based on reputation and flavor, and that did not disappoint! I believe the photo illustrates my one minor concern.

For the amount of money charged for the Bistro French Onion Soup you would think I would get more soup. way too many onions that I was left with barely any soup. disappointed

This will be the last time I order from Panera. The Fruit cup had 2 fruits,despite what the pic shows. the $3.79 for 1 cookie was the size of an oreo, even though the pic makes it look like a full size cookie. And both souffles I got were upside down in the bag.The only good thing was the drink.

Carlos was fantastic! These bagels are also giant compared to the ones we get at Panera's in Pennsylvania! They were so big we literally took pictures to share with our friends

The soup if you could even call it that was thick like chowder and tasted almost like the bottom of the pot was burned in both the cup and bowl as well as neither of them being full. The sandwich was missing ingredients, poorly made the one part had a chunck of lettuce with like no turkey the other half had all of the turkey. There was no pickle. Such a disappointment seeing how much we paid. The duet sandwich had the wrong sauce on it and was also poorly crafted/put together. I thought ordering from a chain would deliver the same consistency I’ve perviously experienced and boy was I wrong. 😑
