• 25/10/24The Roasted Salmon Side was exceptional. Simply and beautifully poached with a delicate spicy seasoning. The yuzu soda water was also excellent. The broth, as always speaks for itself. It pulled me out of an unwell rut.

• 03/02/26I order the Chicken & Rice Soup every single week because I love it so much. It is delicious and nutritious and has truly become a staple meal in our household. The black beans are also AMAZING. I've started getting those with my weekly order as well. I've never had anything here I didn't like. It tastes like truly home cooked food and is such high quality.

• 10/12/25I ordered the large chicken rice Chicken & Rice Soup and the soup was all rice and literally had one tiny piece of chicken in it. Springbone should consider keeping the chicken separate and adding it into the soup before packaging so that portions are consistent.

• 24/06/26Would not recommend the Carrot Ginger Soup . The taste was really odd. Also Lemon Garlic Broccoli Side looked overcooked.

• 17/06/26Love the soups, and they are great, but beware that the BBQ Chicken bowl is terrible. Very dry/hard chicken like I've never had before. BBQ sauce tastes off and doesnt go well with the bowl. I rarely complain and ask for refund but I had to for this bowl
