Usually there is no problem with the food but this order the fries were soggy and had no seasoning what's so ever and the chicken was fine but it didn't taste at all like lemon pepper there was just no seasoning as well

The dasher forgot half of my order and so I reordered my food and a worker at Wing Stop was amazing enough to make sure I reordered on purpose, sent my new order, sent the half of the order that was left and also sent me a couple of brownies for the inconvenience! That's great customer service!! Thank you guys

The wings are barely cooked. Soft loose fat and skin the meat barely white but undercooked. This chain is what I ran to when BWW was making their chicken like this. Now they doing it and absolutely no flavor in nearly non existent sauce.

Disappointing. The Sprite tasted like metal, the fries seemed like a mix of leftovers and didn't have any fry seasoning, wrong dressing doubled, and no napkins included. For a large order it seemed like the order was scraped together. Also the classic hot wings were dry - no sauce.
