The hash browns literally were one clump covered in grease! It was seeping through the bag. Other than that my sandwich was good

Service is poor and LAZY. They claim to be open late but tell customers to cancel their orders. This is the second time they have done it, and I work a graveyard shift. What is sad is that I like and respect the daytime shift, but they need to reevaluate how they run the night shifts. The food is great. The service is non-existent.

Me dieron lo que no pedí, los mozzarella fries me los cambiaron por unas croquetas picantes y las papas pequeñas y yo pedí grandes. La bebida me la dieron sin hielo y caliente

Very disappointing My order of Fries were so dried out not just one or two but the whole order were horrible
I ordered 1 Soft serve cup I was told by the Dasher they were Out of stock So they added an Extra lcharged for it But I never got one ?

I did not received my onion rings. The jaleno bites were not fresh, my soda was spilled in the bag before i even got it. the lid may not have been on properly. I was not about to drink it as it was exposed to debris
