ordered a 3 PC combo with 3 thighs. 1 piece was good but these other 2 "pieces" are ridiculously small and one literally is not even a thigh. it's literally hard fried batter on bone. no meat at all. not cool y'all. 👎🏼

Everything was cold. The chicken was overcooked and hard, the fries were limp and tasteless, and I only got three poppers.

The 20 express tenders tasted good. But the price is ridiculous. And we would eat there more often if it wasn't so expensive.

The fish was overcooked and tasted like cotton. It was all cold and tasteless! I just don't understand, Chicken Express used to be good food, but their quality has taken a drastic downturn and now it's not worth the price.

I had the 2 Fish Combo and it was so dry even the tartar sauce they forgot to give me wouldn't help! The corn on the cob tasted old and watery. I'll never order from here again
