The Chipotle hype is real. I loved everything about this place! The ratio of meat, veggies and rice was perfect! The chips were perfectly seasoned and not too salty. BUT the guac, cheese dip and the salsas?! So freaking good. 10/10 recommend 👌🏻

The burrito bowl was missing the fajita veggies and the cilantro lime sauce that I paid like 2$ extra for and the chicken tastes super old and hard, we usually love chipotle but this was super disappointing and DoorDash isn't offering to make it right at all

This is our bowls after 2 bites each. Barely any rice at all. Portions are horrible. I spent 50 dollars on chipotle and I get 2 half full bowls.

The barbacoa meat (shredded beef) was way over-cooked; it was almost dissolvable. Last time, I had the steak and it was so spicy I couldn't eat it, which is why I tried the shredded beef. Lastly, Chipotle never arrives warm, so I am done ordering it for a while.

I love Chipotlebut it is SUCH a gamble when you DD. My last Quesadilla came with no sides and they made it with corn instead of cheese. I don't even know how you make that error, it's a 2 ingredient order! My lunch was reduced to 1 dry tortilla with steak and 150 kernels of corn.
