The quality of this store has gone down tremendously. The last couple of orders have been disappointing. Burrito bowls are soupy, greens are wilted, guac is browning. Yesterday I got chicken, beans and rice with cheese and sour cream. It was pretty spicy for not getting anything very spicy in it, there was a few pieces of corn which shouldn't have been in there and there was a piece of chicken with a big chunk of cartilage attached. I also ordered extra chicken which certainly seem to be the case. There was barely any cheese and the sour cream was like water. I'm done with this store.

I’ve always enjoyed ordering from this Chipotle, but lately the queso hasn’t been the same. It used to be creamy and smooth, but now the texture is thick and grainy. Also, my orders are missing a fork almost every time, which has happened multiple times. I usually order while I’m at The Salon Professional Academy, so I don’t always have utensils available. It would really help if someone could double check that forks and other utensils are included with takeout and delivery orders. I enjoy eating here and hope these issues can be improved.

The Burrito Bowl was very tasty seasoned to perfection! The lettuce was fresh and crunchy! Overall protein amount satisfied! Would definitely order again.

I got the Burrito everything tasted great but I paid for extra meat but they just filled the burrito with tons of rice and barely any meat i would not even bother paying the $5 for extra meat
