The food was cold. I spent $140 for my bowl to have barely any chicken hardly any cheese and 10 tons of sour cream I thought chipotle prides themselves on being fresh. I think that these beans rice and lettuce have been sitting in the 10 for two weeks.

my bowl was halfway empty. the rice was super hard and dry. there was barely and cheese and queso. on top of that my chips were completely stale

I used to love Chipotle, but every time I've ordered from this app, the quality just isn't there. Bowls are light on the protein, chips are always stale. probably the last time I ever order it from here.

I ordered a veggie burrito bowl, chips and salsa, and a side tortilla for about $16. When the order came, my tortilla was not in there, the ingredients in the bowl were very small to the point you could see the bottom of the actual bowl, and then the chips were stale. Horrible quality and horrible portions.

I enjoy chipotle because it's super simple and delicious. However, the prices for the meats and how much you get is getting ridiculous. I paid +$5 for their new steak and only got about 5 pieces in my bowl. Not great.
