I have a sick child with cancer and we constantly have to drive back and forth between home and Boston and therefore making dinner isnt exactly easy when staying in hotels or hospital rooms. I have become very acquainted with door dash and I have to say, from the start when I ordered till the very end when we ate the food, it was one of the only times ever that everything went so effortlessly! my sons taste buds change on the daily so different restaurants are used and it means a lot of trial and errors but good ol' Dairy Queen....which is by far the least expensive of all the places we usually eat at, knocked it out of the park! our order that had special request was made precisly how he asked meaning I had a happy son!!!! Anyone who can manage that, deserves a great review! Both driver and Dairy Queen thank you for making it happen perfectly, efficiently, and quickly!

We did not get the toppings we asked for on hot dog. We were given marinara dip instead of gravy. The hot dog was rubbery. The burger was very greasy. The Royal blizzard had the center messy, mixed and stirred through instead of a core. The cheese curds tasted like 🐠 fish, as though they were fried in the same grease as 🐟fish. Very expensive for such poor quality

all 3 chicken strips baskets were burnt, hard and dry, fries were very few and cold, the toast was butter less.

On Sunday, I ordered from the Southington Dairy Queen bacon cheeseburger deluxe which was and it was delicious ! Unfortunately, on Monday, I ordered from the Norwich store my hometown and the bacon cheeseburger deluxe was horrendous! The sauce was bitter the lettuce wilted, and limp. Please call the Southington store and ask what type of sauce and t pickles they use I guarantee it is not the same
