The sandwiches were not made correctly and were not good. The chicken was overcooked what appeared to be hours ago and refried. No sauces straws or napkins in bag

I love the bacon Egg & cheese bagels. However they never include the breakfast sauce. The few times the do add it, it's not enough. I have extra sauce chosen but today, like most days it had no sauce. Total different sandwich w/ no sauce. I've started adding their hot sauce just in hopes it won't be dry. Today no breakfast or hot sauce was added. Had both chosen w/ extra breakfast sauce

big mac was smashed thin, like they purposely smashed it down. bun was tough.
