It doesn't taste like they added any coffee or mocha, which I paid for extra...I could see the drizzle on the cup, but otherwise it tastes awful.

Food was cold. Fries seemed old and were bits left in tray. Very few whole fries. Buns on sandwiches were stale and fish was hard and dry.

Big mac was frozen. I understand i ordered it 30 minutes before close but a uncooked patty and unmelted cheese is just foul. Also the frozen coke was spilled and lid was not put on.

Bacon buffalo ranch McCrispy was dry with hardly any sauce. Huge disappoint. It was so expensive, and it is basically a dry chicken sandwich on dry bread. I'm sure if it had been prepared well, it would have been tasty 🙁
