Usually don't have a good review to leave but had to make sure I left this one. Best order we've had from McDonalds in along time! The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal and Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal were SOO good and FRESH! The cheese was melty & the fries were fresh & perfectly salted. The McChicken was also fresh & tasted great. The sweet tea was the best as always! They didn't forget anything & the special items were made correctly! Good Job McDonalds crew!

spectacular. everything was filled to the brim. when i said extra, they did EXTRA. lord, there was more lettuce and big mac sauce and onions than patty, believe me. took a bit long, but the food arrived fresh and hot. have and would order from here again. my sisters said the milkshakes are FIREEEE

Our family purposely changes our location to the Broad St/Downtown location vs the location closest to us. Broad St always has great service, the food is always right, and the orders are always neat/orderly and fresh. They are never sloppy when putting the orders together. They could show the other locations what they should strive for and how to care for customers. Thank you!

I thought everything would be good ordering during lunch rush but unfortunately everything was bad. The Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal was so dry and old it was gross. It was also showing 2 different prices ON THE SAME doordash account.One showed $12 and then flipped to over $17 then back down to $12. The fries were soggy and undercooked and the 2 Ranch Snack Wrap® Meal weren't good either. Top it all off they forgot the McChicken® . It wasn't worth the money.

Crispy chicken sandwich had rubbery chicken and the portion is about half the size of the bun it wasn't even edible. Very disappointed. Fries were cold and there's no excuse since the driver waited 15 mins for the food to be ready! Sundaes were melted and we literally live 4 blocks from the store.
