• 6/6/25The chicken burger had a very unpleasant bitter taste. When opening it had very charcoaled pieces attached to the chicken meat all over. It is clear that they came from an uncleaned grill!
Very poor cooking standards.

• 9/18/25Barely any chicken in the BBQ Pulled Chicken Loaded Chips. Especially the rappa, it was just rice and other topppngs there was not any chicken in it.

• 8/22/25Unfortunately, the food was delivered almost completely Cold. —Perhaps through no fault of the establishment itself...
Luckily, the burgers were well wrapped, seemed fresh and were not at all oily, so the meal was still edible.

• 10/31/25I ordered a whole chicken and it arrived completely burnt. I called to get this resolved and was promised a call back that never happened. This level of service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again and do not recommend anyone else do either.
