Well-packaged to maintain freshness and facilitate easy consumption. Super tasty. Best pho delivery experience I can remember having had.

Some of the better Vietnamese food in New York. The Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Sandwich was fire, baguette was crispy on the outside soft on the inside, and came with a good amount of chicken.
The Popcorn Chicken was also surprisingly really good. Loved the sweet and spicy glaze on top.

The portion size especially the amount of noodles was half what I would get at my other go-to pho spots for the same price!

After arriving 30 mins later than the estimated time, the Brisket Phở broth is cloyingly sweet, rich and lacking in balance. It's relying entirely on five spice for its flavor and that level of cloying sweetness in a dish like pho is pretty gross, it tastes like having masala chai as the base for the pho, but oily. Not even lime, sriracha, and an extra handful of cilantro can save it. The Loaded Pho Fries are a gimmick "comfort food" could've been tasty, but exceedingly rich and sweet again. The chef really needs to learn to consider the acid, heat, & salt levels in the food, because oily/rich/sweet can't carry a dish on its own.
Lotus remains the neighborhood best, with better portions, prices, flavors, packaging, and actually delivers on time. Pity they're closed on Tuesdays, which is why I tried a new place. Had high hopes but I'm not into chai & licorice in my savory foods. At least mention that the flavor is five spice in the listing so people can make an educated choice.

The original beef pho broth was overly salty and under-spiced. The beef portion seemed small to me.
