Everything from here is a HIT. The fish is amazing, fresh and bright. I love the traditional rolls, the uni toro sushi style is amazing and their nigiri preparations are delicious and upscale. I could eat here everyday.

Wait time took forever for my pickup order. They said they were slammed for dining-in so that definitely added to my originally quoted wait time. The sushi quality is great but the portion sizes are smaller than other sushi restaurants ive been to and with a premium price.

Seabutter is typically very good, eaten at the restaurant many times.
We've tried takeout twice, Seabutter 'to go' game isn't their compare to other nearby sushi places.
Ordered several crispy Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice and Spicy Yellowtail Crispy Rice they placed the sauce container on top, (see photo) every order was a mess! Had to rebuild each one after pulling it out of the box. Then making it even worse, the sauces were combined in a containers which changes the entire flavor profile of the dish.

We preserved the 911 and the Crispy Albacore Roll. The rice wasn't seasoned correctly, they didn't pack it tight enough and they didn't cut ANY of the rolls all the way through. Pictures attached: Look at the left over rice (all of it is the bottom of the rolls) from just grabbing it! The packaging also leaks so don't pour your soy sauce over it. And it isn't cheap! Very disappointed to be honest. The fish was very bland. I really wanted to love it but I won't be back.

We got the Hot Night, Shiso Special, King Salmon nigiri, Bluefin Tuna-Maguro nigiri, and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. Every item was phenomenal. This place lives in its own heavenly realm far above Sugarfish, and Nobu-adjacent. For delivery, I am completely blown away. The packaging is perfect for maintaining the sushi's integrity, and the handwritten note is so sweet--- I'll keep it on my fridge, for sure. I can't wait to try this place in person!
