• 7/12/26Shake Shack was delicious! The shake was really good. It wasn’t too thick or too watered down, it had the perfect consistency and was just the right size to satisfy that sweet craving.
My shake didn’t come with a straw, but luckily I always keep backups just in case 😂 I understand human errors happen, so it wasn’t a big deal to me.
The ShackBurger was delicious! The buns were soft and the burger was packed with flavor. The chicken sandwich was really good too. The buns were a little small compared to the size of the chicken 😂 but it was still good enough to enjoy that crunchiness. It had plenty of pickles and the seasoning on the chicken was done right! Everything was packed with flavor.
The fries were just normal. Nothing much to say about the fries 😂 Everything else was on point! I definitely enjoyed my meal.

• 5 days agoI am sorry. It was so greasy and extremely saucey and oozed out in each bite. The cost is ridiculous for the size of burger.

• 9/13/22Have ordered from this shake shack 3 times when visiting Pasadena and no issues. This time no ketchup, no shack sauce as paid for , cold hard fries and the meat on one of the burgers was literally half of a patty .

• 6/1/23The burger was amazing. The fries were perfect. However, the grilled cheese was burnt black on both sides . It was not good at all. I was like eating charcoal and that's pretty depressing when you spend almost 6 dollars on a tiny little Grilled Cheese.. other than that the food was good
