latte was awful and so watery. I get that it's easier to throw a hot espresso shot over ice but it destroys the latte making it like that. this was $8 and it tastes like I got it from McDonald's.

I consistently have issues with the quality of drinks coming from this store. Sometimes they are ok, but other times they are really awful, like the latte I just received. It tastes like a really bad cup of coffee you would get on a flight. Really bad. You just never know what to expect from here. I have been disappointed more times than not.
