they added an extra cup of ice in case my drink needed it even though the location isnt far from my house which was great!

This Starbucks is bad. Poor quality and service. I Doordash Starbucks daily and now just use the Glendale stores.

Didn't come with a straw and I ordered a venti (large) so a regular straw doesn't fit. I also payed extra for caramel syrup and there is none. The flavor is very bland and tastes nothing like caramel at all just plain iced coffee.

I stood there ten min befor they said any thing to me there all talking laughing then finally had to wait another 18 min to get my drink
