Stonemill Matcha has the best matcha desserts! My favorite is the TO Matcha Pie —it has a hint of citrus and is so delicious. The crust is nice and crunchy, while the cream is perfectly soft. It was my first time trying their TO Chestnut Matcha Roll Cake and TO Souffle Cheesecake , and both were fantastic. The DoorDash delivery was smooth, and I loved how it turned my home into a cozy little matcha café.

Ok so the TO Matchazuke salmon bowl is delicious. First time trying it. Tasty, tender salmon, succulent broth. Why did I take off 2 stars? The price is absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind spending for good food, but I really don't like feeling ripped off. Estimating 3 oz of salmon is likely being generous. This explains the meh review for this item on DD.

TO Mathca Latte has a strong enough taste of matcha, one of my best so far!
TO Katsu Sando although looking big, was reasonably portioned to feel full enough after it, the bread was soft and the chicken was juicy and tender, a nice mixture of textures and soft flavors, not sure if things can get better than this!

This sando is so damn good it's hard to even find the right words for it. It's... delightful? The pillowy bread perfectly holds together the well portioned slaw, sauce, and pork. This isn't a sando that will punch you in the face with flavor, it more so just gives you a validating pat on the back with flavor. For the price, I'd only purchase it when I'm really craving it.

This place carries the torch of the high quality cafes, bakeries, and sweet shops that big cities in Japan are famous for having.
The TO Matcha Pie might be the greatest dessert I have ever had. And I grew up in the south on homemade pecan, sweet potato, any pie you name it.
The TO Katsu Sando was very good, I even loved the cabbage (which I don't usually enjoy raw). It was very cutely packaged.
The TO Hojicha Latte was standard, but that's a compliment not a critique. It is simply hard to find hojicha in the states. The foam was magnificent and the roasted flavors paired perfectly with the pie.
The very prompt and kind delivery driver was the cherry on top because I got to enjoy these flavors fresh and best!
