• 5/24/25Willie's is the best in the Bay Area, in my opinion. I got the Bacon Cheddar Breakfast Bagel with sausage and egg, it was a very large sandwich and absolutely delicious, so good!! 😋 My granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed their Donuts 🍩

• 11/20/25I think I'm gonna stop ordering from this store. Always an issue, either way too much cream cheese, or not enough cream cheese. Today they put huge chunks of fresh onion that was so overpowering and made the entire thing difficult to eat. Also a huge amount of salmon on one side of the bagel. The last at least three bagels I ordered from here had issues also.

• 9/19/25I'm typically really happy with Willy's! However this time was disappointing. There was more lettuce than anything on my BLT, the avocado was hard, and the egg had no flavor. Definitely wasn't as much bacon on the sandwich as there usually is. Cinnamon raisin bagel with honey cream cheese was great, just really disappointed in the sandwich.

• 6/23/25Skimping on the cream cheese... again.
The selection and quality of the bagels here is great. When they first opened, they were generous with the cream cheese, on par with places like Noah’s and Bruegger’s. But then they started putting on barely a swipe, more like a thin layer of butter, which just isn’t worth the extra $2.75 (especially when Panera gives you 1.75 oz for $1.90).
So I started going to Panera and Noah’s for my weekly bagel fix. I missed Willie’s variety though, so I came back about six weeks ago. At first, things had improved, they were adding a decent amount of cream cheese again, I was stoked.
But the last two Mondays? Back to skimping. It’s honestly a pitiful amount. The inconsistency is frustrating, and it’s making it hard to justify choosing this local spot over a national chain.

• 12/4/25Food was fresh, taste amazing, portion was overloaded so it was a bit messy but I didn't mind. Would order again. Love this bagel place. Not as good as Sunrise bagels in Concord, but for sure my second favorite.
