Zaxbys is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Their chicken fingers are juicy, the fries are soft with crispy edges and a perfect blend of seasoning, and their sauce is one that just cannot be beat. And with their addition of milkshakes to the menu, their selection just gets all the better!
One thing I would like to note, however, is that there is no option in the app to order their lemonades without ice. Which is a real bummer, because I love their strawberry lemonade but am sensitive to ice in my drinks, preferring to have them without it. So if that were only an option, it would be perfect.

I bought $6+ worth of cheddar cheese bites and they barely gave us anything, normally they would at least fill the bottom? Nope. I obviously expected the food to be lukewarm due to doordashing, but when I got everything I could tell it had just been sitting there for a long time, it was stale, floppy. They couldn't even be bothered to give us full portions

The dasher had to wait for the food to be ready so wasn't the dasher fault as we live less than 5 miles from Zaxbys but everything was ice cold!?!? Fries were cold, chicken fingers were tiny, cold and tough. Just didn't seem fresh at all and my dasher had to wait for this.

You don't have an option to have the sauce tossed on the fingers in the DoorDash app? And when they give you sauce on the side it's just a tiny little cup barely enough for 2 pieces! Definitely portions are a little smaller as well

Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz was hella salty. I love seasoned food, but I don't like biting into chicken tenders and feeling the salt dust my mouth. Threw them out. I've had Zaxbys before and it was not like this. Fries were the same.
