This time, however was so bad that it will take some serious convincing to order again.
They've changed their ordering so you can't ask for any substitutes, which made this time a challenge for myself and my daughter who are allergic to gluten and dairy (the ability to order incredible and safe foods was always a huge draw). We ended up ordering off the Whole 30 menu which is a set of pre-selected subs, but also takes away the options for allergy friendly sides.
I paid over $60 for dry romaine and 2.5oz of dry, overcooked salmon and a burger that was so dry and well done that it was completely inedible (oh,and more dry lettuce as a side) I've ordered both these things before multiple times (and had them delivered!!) and never was the food this gross and disappointing. "

"I haven’t had this frustrating of a restaurant experience in a long time.
I ordered through DoorDash, but because they had messed up three previous orders (and none were refunded by DoorDash) I decided to pick it up myself. This is the umpteenth time I’ve ordered yellowtail nigiri from Ra and the third time in a row they’ve cooked it. Nigiri is raw. A restaurant named Ra should know that. I called ahead to make sure they didn’t cook it. When I arrived to pick up my order, the nigiri was cooked, the $7 soup was tiny, and the edamame was 1/2 size…AGAIN. I’ve complained about this multiple times and never been given a full refund.
I explained the issue to them. My nigiri was in the same container as my Vegas roll and they took all of my food upstairs to the kitchen (TWICE) to show the chef what was wrong. “She wants it raw,” should’ve been enough of an explanation. The chef then came back downstairs and told me “in Japan it’s cooked.” Which I neither think is true nor appropriate, especially considering I had called ahead. He explained over and over that I needed to order it raw. I had.
He took my food back upstairs to remove the cooked nigiri and replace it with actual nigiri and 15 minutes after the initial complaint I was finally ready to leave. I love Ra so this is painful, but I can see why it has such bad reviews on Yelp."

"Just found our new favorite donut place! We drove from Herriman and it was totally worth the drive. The Chocolate Glazed Donut and Chocolate on Chocolate Donut weren't just any old donut. "The burger (especially the bun) was dry as all get out but the patty was tasty, kinda like sausage more than a burger patty though. Bacon is bacon, bbq sauce was severely lacking but would have been great if there was enough of it. The lettuce was really wilty and brown, almost slim one, one side of my burger which was unpleasant to say the least. The Maple Fries are delightful, literally the only reason why I ever buy from here. Rosemary Fries are really good but get dry and stale pretty quick. Shake was good, Rice Crispy Treat is super sweet and huge and good. Soups (Turkey Butternut Squash Soup Tomato Basil Coconut ) are fun and different but still comforting, and the sizes are okay for the price. They didn't package any dipping sauces I requested besides the maple sauce. They also crammed everything into one medium brown paper bag, overloading it to the point the "safety seal" of staples ripped and almost tore the bag completely when I went to pick it up. They're just okay"

"This food truck comes by my office park sometimes and it's always a must-have. The owner/chef is hilarious. The truck is really well-organized (they give you buzzers for when your order is ready and allow online ordering before you even come outside to the truck).
The food is incredible. I know the fried chicken with garlic ginger aioli gets all the hype. And it IS great. But the sleeper menu item is the fried fish.
Portion sizes are awesome too, get the combo plate and you won't be hungry when you're done."
