The shrimp was coated with a chipotle powder with other spices. However, the chipotle shrimp was almost too spicy. Consider this when you order this dish. There is a lot of white rice at the bottom of the salad. I would have liked more black beans and corn. The two sauces were guacamole and chimichuri.
