"The ingredients are fresh, but the sandwich was dry and disappointing. The restaurant did not follow my instructions at all (buttered & well toasted bread), they skimped on cheese, and just completely forgot to put bacon on my sandwich... which was the main protein option. I paid $3 extra for raw spinach and tomato, which is ridiculous. Essentially it was an overpriced vegetarian sandwich that did not satisfy and left me needing more protein.
Also the box arrived slightly open, which is great. No food safety standards for delivery operations."
