When I picked up my order, I was told I hadn’t paid for the ranch. It seemed like the manager had already spoken with the employee who helped me before I arrived. I showed my receipt proving that I had, in fact, paid for it. Despite that, was told, “Well, you didn’t, but I’ll give it to you anyway.”
I have the receipt showing I paid, so that response was frustrating. It almost felt like they were upset that I used a promotion on my order and were trying to make up for it by arguing over a small cup of ranch.
The pizza is really good, but this experience left a bad impression. If you order from here, just be aware that getting the ranch you paid for might be more difficult than it should be."
