I customized mine on a jalapeño cheese bagel with bacon, sausage, bacon jalapeño cream cheese, Gruyère, grilled onions, and eggs over medium. It was indulgent, messy, and just ridiculously good.
The bagel itself was perfectly chewy, holding all those bold flavors together without falling apart.
