"The caldo de res is lacking a lot of flavor. The foam the meat releases when it's cooked is not removed and changes the taste of the soup. The pieces of meat have all of the fat still on them so it's a big piece of meat but most of it is fat. The portion and price is good but the taste is just not there. The side of rice has a super strong taste of lemon and when ate with soup it's just a complete mess. The corn inside the soup also felt undercooked. The fries were undercooked and very very lightly seasoned with salt. The carne asada from here is always good so I don't know why the quality of the soup isn't there. 5/10 and that's being nice"

"This sandwich is delicious! Chicken spicy as nd tender. I love all the greens rather than just lettuce. Only 1 problem: It's TOO big! I'm only half done and already full. Lots of bacon was added without me ordering extra and cooked to perfection. The cheese added an extra punch too.
I haven't been giving reviews of most of my meals, cuz they haven't given me the opportunity to. Have no idea why. Probably cuzi love all of the food at Joeys sooo much. They always add a complimentary Lava Cake desert too, but not this time. They actually read my message = telling them how much I appreciated it, but I'm trying to lose weight.
I'm eating all of the sandwich tonight and won't have to eat until tomorrow night, then I'll eat the dinner salad that came with the sandwich. It looks really good. Even has my favorite = Beets on it! Lots of other goodies on it too. It's even covered with shaved cheese. Dressing looks like a creamy balsamic vinigerete. All in all = Everything looks yummy, as usual"
"From the moment you walk in. The staff is amazing. Pricilla is quite a nice manager. She truly takes the time to make sure guests feel heard. Also, my server Emily was so upbeat, entertaining, and truthful, caring for the table. Both great souls.
The food was amazing. Ordered quite a bit of appetizers and main dishes. You must grab the cauliflower, sushi, and lettuce wraps as appetizers. The blackened chicken is beyond tasty. The portion sizes are huge, and the food is fresh."

"Literally nothing was good or right. I hate to do this but I paid extra for asada in my nachos, just for them to arrive with basic almost ground beef and nearly no toppings. The guac wasn't miniscule, literally a couple drops on a couple chips, beans present; but not pico and no cheese. I could've made better for $5. Plus our taco we paid an extra $4 for to get Birria, came with the same beef! No birria! It's like they had whatever meat available and threw it in everything. Not worth the expensive prices, not worth ordering, and very misleading. My first ever bad review goes to this place."

So many great options and produces high quality food almost all of the time; one time I found an avocado pedicel stump in my Study of Heat sandwich but I chalked it up to a rushed worker and/or a blunder from a worker in training.
