NUA is a modern Israeli-Mediterranean restaurant nestled inside The Crescent Hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills' Golden Triangle. Drawing from the flavors of the Levant, our kitchen uses exclusively kosher meats and the highest quality seasonal ingredients. Our indoor-outdoor dining room and lushly planted covered terrace shift from bright and fresh in the afternoons to warm and intimate by evening, with the glow of a fireplace and flame heaters. A full bar complements a menu rooted in soulful, chef-driven cooking from charred eggplant with tahini and date syrup to slow-cooked shakshuka and expertly prepared proteins.
