2nd time ordering after I spoke with the manager. first time they didn't put any cream in drink, and it had fully melted leaving me a half a cup of watery orange juice. called them and spoke with manager to please make drink correctly this time, she said it will be done perfectly. order was just dropped off, and again came half filled this time with an embarrassing amount of what looks to be watery whip cream? very disappointing.

Missing entire order of fries. Paid to upgrade Bacon Cheeseburger to the meal and got refunded barely the cost of adding the fries. Usually very consistent from this location, however doordash and burger king didn't resolve this issue reasonably.

My food had print of ketchup from pickles on my bread, where there was no ketchup on my sandwich at all tap Big a few thing it was like as if they took the pickles off of someone else's sandwich and put them on mine. It was no tomatoes and the lettuce look like they had scraped it off of someone else's burger as well. My fries was cold and stiff. My grandchildren ordered a cheeseburgers. They had no cheese on them. The petty was undone in the middle of two of them.

I ordered the bundle and all my burgers did not have ketchup on them and they tasted dry. There was no moisture.
