The sandwich arrived cold and soggy, and the chicken tasted terrible — honestly, it seemed spoiled. The texture and appearance didn’t even look like real chicken. On top of that, the order took almost an hour to be prepared. Very disappointing experience overall, especially considering the price. I definitely would not order this again.
