if I could give more than 5 stars to Jack in the Box, I would. I received everything that I ordered and it was still very hot

I usually LOVE Jack in the Box. Tonight the patty on my Jumbo Jack was burned & dry. The outside of the bun was really wet/soggy like it had been sitting in water. Both large orders of curly fries were room temperature (nowhere close to hot or even warm) & both texture & taste seemed like they were old or had been sitting out a long time. I had asked for ranch dressing with the order but there wasn't any in the bags with the delivery. When I picked up my large cup of Fanta orange, the lid wasn't on properly & I ended up dropping the entire drink & the cup broke in the process. It was a very unsatisfying $28 dinner.

My food was not done, it was very rushed and threw together. I tried calling several times and no answer. I had the breakfast croissant and egg rolls. Neither was done.
The bacon was uncooked and the egg rolls were cold on the inside.

Way better than serveral other Jack in the Box in the area. If you have not tried this one you do not know how good it can be. I had Jumbo Egg Rolls (3)Jumbo Jack® and Two Tacos and all were perfect.

Both orders of my loaded tino tacos were very burnt. No sauce the egg rolls. Grilled Chicken wrap had no sauce on it what so ever. Best part was that very hot when received.
