That Classic Smashed Jack™ was dry and the bun was twice the size of the bread, first three bites were all bread.. photo is fake. Looks nothing like that. The chicken sandwich was surprisingly good! Egg rolls always SNAP!

Sourdough Jack® Combo bread was hard, but not toasted.
3pc Crispy Chicken Strips Combo came with 2 strips and a piece of another strip, but not a full menu item.
No straws.

The taco had no lettuce and no sauce, it was just meat and cheese.
The Build your Munchies Box was to have a side of onion rings and there was FOUR onion rings total!!

The Meat Lovers Burrito Combo burrito had very little filling, a few crumbles of bacon, and no cheese and the caramel iced coffee was OVERLY sweet and burnt. The Two Tacos were OK but cooked too hard. Overall not a pleasant experience.
