Bagel was dry. Matcha was very low volume. Otherwise still worth the delivery since coffee was hot and didn't have to leave the house.

It took over an hour to get a bagel with cream cheese and a drink! The bagel was hard as a rock and there was barely any cream cheese. Don't order from Dunkin unless you want sub par service and product. Want my money back!!

Received my Dozen Donuts 9:30am on a saturday morning. Absolute worst we've ever  had. Not soft or moist at all. Seems like these were made days ago. I guess they just focus on coffee now
