Both the 3 Piece Dark Meal & the 3 Piece Wing Meal were fresh at midnight!

30 minutes after we placed our order, which was previously confirmed by Royal Farms, we received a phone call from RF stating that they didn't have any chicken breast pieces, they only had tenders (we ordered 2 breasts), but that they did have the dark meat pieces we ordered. We hesitantly responded that the tenders would have to do this time.
When our order arrived, we received 5 chicken tenders, 2 we're good size, 3 were very small, and our western fries  were so over done, dark brown, and completely dried out that we threw out all but 6 pieces. The only item that was somewhat correct were the mashed potatoes, but the container was just barely 3/4 full.
This highly unsatisfactory and insufficient meal for our family of four cost us $35.35 before tip which was the same cost of our original order.
This is highly unusual for Royal Farms. We order from them very often through your app and are typically highly satisfied and think of those dinners as a special treat. 
I am currently making sandwiches to supplement dinner for my husband and children.
Delivery was great, this was no fault of our kind Dasher.

Fries and half the chicken were on point.  I had a few stale/chewy/rubbery/dry chicken strips that were just bad.   After waiting AN HOUR for RoFo to give my driver the food - I figured the chicken would be fresh.   I was wrong.

Chicken was over cooked the wedges were under cooked. Not edible which is crazy because we usually love their food!

I love their chicken and French fries. But no French fries came with this order. They were MIA. I also like the corn fritters. Hope they keep them around as a regular item. Door Dash refunded me for the missing  French fries.
