I love the Hummus Toast. So tasty and good amount of protein with the hard boiled egg. The Ricotta Toast is also very yummy. Just the right amount of sweetness. I have not had a coffee here I didn't like. Overall great quality at great prices.

I love banana syrup in my mocha or latte and almost no one carries it. Spectra makes it fresh in house. Expensive but delicious.
The avocado toast comes with a generous helping of avocado and seasoning. I was having the most stressful day, my order from Spectra was exactly the indulgent little bit of self care I desperately needed.

The ham and cheese quiche is not dry and very delicious and has a smokey like flavor, a good snack to keep me powered during my workday. Love the mocha borgia , the aroma of orange really ties in the flavor. - i wish there was a bigger size.

Love the quiche, especially the tomato & Gruyère flavor. And it's a treat to find a real Mocha Borgia . Everything was packaged up for safe travel and delivery, including sustainable single use items. This is my favorite coffee spot on DoorDash!

The Banh Mi Sandwich is delicious, the tofu is moist and so tasty! My favorite drink is the Karl the Fog Latte and it is fantastic with oat milk. Genuinely love this place in person and with delivery .
