Definitely prefer the latte over the cappuccino, the cappuccino has a nice rich foam that while delicious, it takes up space in your cup thus less product  and I need more go-go juice to get me through my shift

The Sourdough Breakfast Sandwiches were horrible. I usually order them but never again. 2 cold fried eggs, requested American cheese instead of the cheddar, didn't get it and wasn't melted. Also the sourdough bread was so hard (crust supposed to be hard and bread soft), the beagles even turned their noses up to the sandwiches.

Advertise 5 strips of bacon on the sourdough breakfast sandwich. This is the third straight time only 2 strips of bacon. Times really getting tough with these tariffs.

Always forget something in the orders. Consistently something wrong. Tried changing store but DoorDash keeps putting me back at the closest store. This time missing the muffin my wife specifically asked for.

my coffee was absolutely disgusting. there was no cream at all and it tasted burnt. not to mention I didn't even get a straw.
