Caprese Salad was literally 4 pieces of mozz and tomatoes. Expected way more for $12. Also ran out of Cheesecake Of The Day. Never received it, so had to ask for refund

Pizza was not made per the order. It was soggy and limp. Salad arrived with no dressing and missing feta, cranberries and everything else we paid for. Nachos were fine but just fine. Very disappointing. We have eaten in the restaurant and it was good. This was horrible.

I love coming to Roots and probably get a delivery of it once a month.
They are an honest and super trustworthy business. Unfortunately my order was received burnt and Doordash was not helpful I feel. It is only one bad experience and I will probably just eat at the place instead of ordering just due to this. Cheese Pizza w/ Pep and Jalapenos.
This tasted soapy (probably from it being overcooked with the jalapenos), crust was not breaking, and very thin. Compare to other peoples review and see difference.

Food was great. Fast time for our big office order. Only complaint they didn't have anything labeled so trying to figure out what was what when we had multiple of same sandwiches but with minor differences
