If you're afraid of a jalapeño, don't order the Shaking Beef spicy. Boy howdy, my sinus are cleared out! It's absolutely delicious. The shaking fried rice was also really delightful. Both of the spring rolls types available on the menu were flavorful and full of protein!

Sauteed Beef Banh Mi is fragrant, tender, and delicious! The Side of Fried Rice is flavorful, meant for 1 person. The Buttermilk Chicken Tenders is yummy, fries need seasoning.

I love the Shaking Beef Fried Rice and order it all the time. It is a huge amount of food and always tastes fresh. I have never had a bad meal here. We also ordered the Sauteed Chicken Vermicelli Bowl which is another large amount of food and extremely tasty. Always a hit!

The chicken came freshand was fried nice. You can tell the chicken was marinated from the flavor. The chili sauce has a deep umami flavor heavy soy taste. Chicken it actually good without it.
The rice was sticky and the flavor in the beef and shrimp was very good I would get it again but next time id get it spicy.

Exceeded my expectations. The portions was appropriated the beef was savory the rice well seasoned. You can tell the food was fresh! I definitely will be ordering from Hughie's again!
