I have ordered from here a number of times over the past couple years as rewards for my students. The pretzels always arrive hot and as ordered!

Value & portions were good, but my pretzels were hard and barely warm. Ordered the Cheddar cheese and got Nacho (also cooled). Usually Philly Pretzel is a good buy...maybe just not this time.t⁵

they forgot my Pretzels (3) so I didn't get what I came for. The pretzle around the hot dogs wasn't cooked all the way, and the Pepperoni Pretzel was undercooked as well. I wont be back to this vendor. :(
