• 13/10/25Both biscuits were burned and the steak was dry like it had been under the heat lamps for hours, Ill stick to Hardees for the steak biscuits.

• 24/10/25ordered 4 pc kids both 4pc Bo Bites™ Kid's Meal and received food wrong food..called totally them the first employee blamed it on door dash driver asked to speak with sme else they said the same thing and hung upon me...I called back and spoke with general manager who is willing to resolve the issue..only reason for the stars is due to the respect of general manager

• 27/4/26I ordered sausage and egg biscuits not sausage egg and cheese. No Honey Mustard which I paid extra for. Cinnamon Biscuit hard as brick

• 20/1/26Ordered Country Ham Biscuit Combo with Sweet tea & only received the biscuit plain with nothing on it and an unsweet tea with no hint of the Bo rounds. That was a very expensive plain biscuit....
