Tacos el Pastor is my favorite restaurant on the Eastside! Their Chile Rellenos are my favorite but everything is delicious..I had the pozole this time and it was great! and the people who work there are super nice!

I've been coming here for a while now. The food here is good and a good value. I like to get the Carne Asada Supreme Burrito. Tonight my scheduled DoorDash order here wasn't fulfilled at the scheduled time. The staff thought it was scheduled for the following day for some reason. The order was also left in the scheduled state and not marked completed until well after I picked it up.

The quality of this restaurant's food has gone down significantly. They used to use chicken breast for their enchiladas and now its all dark meat and their prices did not go down.
They also don't provide chips with their full meal orders which they did in the past. It would be nice they would mention this when ordering through a delivery app.
Lastly they do a horrible job in fulfilling add-ons. Whenever I ask for extra cheese or sauce it never happens, but I do get charged for it. It's sad to see this decline in their food quality and service.

This is a mixed review. The chile rellenos were good. Beans and rice were solid. Taquitos were tasty as well.
On the negative side, tamale was NOT good! It was bland and almost had a freezer taste to it . No tortillas, cutlery or napkins were given, which was frustrating.

I have ordering the enchilada combo to go via DoorDash for years now and every time I would get chips and salsa. I ordered extra chips salsa @ $2.50 twice and only got what came with the order. I called to complain and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and said the enchilada combo doesn't come with chips and salsa ---only if I dine in. I told her no because I have been getting them every time I have ordered in the past.
I can't believe she would would rather loose a loyal customer for years over chips and salsa. Sadly that's case.
