These are real bagels with just the right chewiness -- a truly authentic style. The spreads and sandwich fillings are excellent. Ordering bagels and spreads separately might be wise -- spread application (thin, regular, heavy) can be a bit haphazard depending on who makes the order.

Wasnt hyped on the smell coming out of the bag. The gluten free bagel was really dry, I had to drink water the whole time to prevent choking. Turkey bacon was $10 and came with a total of 2 pieces and a slab of egg wich was disappointing.

The bagels are tiny. Like smaller than grocery store Thomas bagels ... prices should be lower. The taste is ok, they're very dense and not fluffy. Overall one of the worst bagels I've had in Seattle. The turkey bacon "sandwich" didn't fit because the bagel was so small, more than half of the egg/bacon cheese was sticking out on every side... hardly would call it a sandwich. Giving 2 stars because the only thing that was good was the cream cheese and my iced latte

The bagels themselves are fine, but I'll reorder again and again for the spicy garlic spread. I pile as much as I can onto every bite of my bagel. It's a perfectly balanced flavor that goes great with a good ol' everything. Do yourself a favor and get the spicy garlic (if you have some amount of spice tolerance).

So interesting choice giving me 4 everything and not evenly distributing them lesson learned I will specify next time. The 8oz Olive & Herb is well not good in my opinion it’s not so much olive oil as I understood it to be in the description but straight up olive no real herbs come through just olives which I guess if you like olives would be good def will not be reordering that. On a sunnier note this place appears to be the only place in seattle who actually knows how to make a bagel and the other 2 cream cheeses, 8oz Plain Cream Cheese and 8oz Pom Berry where delicious
