Biscuit and gravy was cold and nowhere near as good as Hardees. The apple struesel french toast was the best part of the order but definitely not $19 good (yikes!). Cheesecake and 3 turkey sausages were missing. Very poor first impression.

Both burger Pattie's we burnt and they chese was also burnt. Both burgers didn't come with toppings that's they were supposed to. I literally received a burger with two Patties and the buns after ordering the huddle burger. 10$ for a burger that wasn't edible.

ordered a smash burger with Swiss cheese and mushrooms. got a normal burger, American no Swiss, no mushrooms which I had to pay extra for. only got half the fries I should have. also, the toast on the smokehouse platter was plain bread. it's 2 stars instead of one because the patty melt was actually correct.

The fries were awful, and seemed to be old as well. The steak was also overcooked. I asked for medium and got well.

The food was good. There were a couple of minor things - no utensils, no syrup, and tomato on my blt even though I requested no tomato. Also one of the styrofoam containers was melted through in a few places but the food inside seemed ok Overall we were pleased and would definitely order again.
