Our Traditional Pizza and Caesar Salad, a regular Friday evening dinner arrived waaay late, but the pizza was warm and the salad cool and abundant. DD was looking ok'ing for a Dasher and I was sure the food would not be good. But it was great as always!

(Ask the shop to hold the ricotta. It's no good in the calzone. Especially with watery vegetables like artichokes). The calzone was a genuine calzone. Half pizza bottom, half tossed dough on top. Whether they put an egg in it, I'm unsure. I request it uncut because it allows me to tear my own portion size and keep going. Great Job Grimaldi's, I am thankfully impressed.

I was surprised that the sausage was spicy because the description doesn't mention about the spiciness. we ordered to eat with our 2 yr old so we ended up giving him without the sausage. we all liked it, tho. what I liked about the most was the pizza was not too salty yet flavorful.

The cauliflower crust was amazing. I also love the white sauce option. We ate the pizza too fast to get a picture.
