i swear, my family is addicted to their pb blizzard with pb sauce in it and every single time we have this delivered we are kinda expecting to be let down but dairy queen literally NAILS IT every single time! whoever runs this place , consider giving your folks a raise or a extra day off or a monthly fun day ,idk but if all the places we use for doordash , dairy queen is the ONLY one who's yet to let.us down and we use doordash for A LOT from food to groceries to fabric softener,so if u want to order but are skittish ,I suggest dairy queen , these people are getting "delivery" right !!!!!

I always have an issue when I come here unfortunately. Whether it's missing itemS, condiments, to spoons and napkins, which is literally STANDARD!? Usually they have attitudes at the drive through AND when walking in. You never feel welcomed, just side eyed and made to feel like you're a burden / invisible coming into the business. It gives "you can't sit with us" Regina George energy. Makes me wonder if I even want to eat food from / support a place like this. I've been going to Dairy Queen since I was a child. Born and raised in NY, DairyQueen was a prominent positive glimpse into my childhood, now it's more like McDonald's low lazy effort and customer service to match with the food also lacking. But even McDonald's has better service compared to this location DQ. My buffalo chicken strip baskets were fine. One skimped on the fries by such an amount I had to distribute between the boxes for them to be equal. The fries are either a1 OR a mistake to have ordered, depends on the day. The original tenders. I'm disappointed. They used to be good ?! juicy !hot /fresh! now they seem more dry, extra crunchy (in a bad way) in certain areas making it inedible. Flavor is more dull as well. All the sauces that came with my meal were not in the bag. Which I paid for. The pretzel bites have to be the best thing honestly. The queso that went with it was a dissatisfying glob clump/of something no one would want to eat. Looked like sludge you'd find in an old pipe. Every box was falling through the bottom. Unacceptable. This isn't the first,second or third time my experience haven't gone well. I've lived here for years. They just don't make DQ the same anymore. Will I order again? No.

I ordered chicken strips basket and the chicken was juicy, flavorful, and crispy! Just perfect. The onion rings were good but a bit stale and crispy. Fries were good. Gravy was good.

Normally, this is one of my favorite DQ's my Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat wasn't blended at all , the Side of Fries were as hard as rocks the only thing that was ok was the Bacon Two Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger™ i wouldn't turn my nose to this store i just hope it was a one time thing.

Idk when the ranch was made last, but it was all separated and curdled looking. Cheese curds were sooooo salty. Literally nobody was at te front when I went in. Could have taken whatever I wanted they would have never known. Tenders and onion rings were pretty good tho.
