• 23/6/26The beef hot pot always has consistent portion and taste. Vermicelli comes a bit uncooked, so rice is probably better if you want to eat immediately.
Modifications in drink often taste very watered down.
Package is usually good but my food came spilled a few times because it wasn't wrapped tight enough.

• 13/8/26I didn't get my extra to go extra to go sauces! I was so sad! Sometimes the mild soup is more spicy or less spicy; soup spice level is inconsistent. The portions are huge. It's very shareable or you can have leftovers for days.

• 5/6/24If your struggling between two levels of spice, just pick the lesser one and get extra to go sauces.
I really liked the Rose Matcha Latte w/ Boba , the rose flavor actually did stand out and its not too sweet. Hope they add a remove boba option next time tho.
