• 17/3/23Big disappointment. The bagel was sliced and dry even though I didn't ask for sliced. Seems like it was a leftover. It should have been fresh since I ordered in the morning. Plus they're now skimping on the noodle kugel - reducing the portion by at least 1/3 since my last order. Definitely no longer worth the hefty price they're asking for it.

• 18/12/22Can only be described as SLOP. My chicken salad sandwich was a soggy sloppy mess. The everything bagel was stale and served with only a thimble of cream cheese. And my 12 dollar chicken noodle soup contained no chicken... I've eaten here probably a dozen times since they opened the new location and it has really gone downhill.

• 24/12/25Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and received a sliced bagel with no spread on it. The cream cheese came on the side in a very small container with a plastic knife, tossed into a wax paper bag. By the time I got home, I had to add my own cream cheese to more than half of it. For $6.25 from a well-known spot, I was expecting a more generous portion. Flavor was good, but the portion was disappointing.

• 2/8/22Overpriced food that did not have the quality expected for the price! The blintzes were said to have farmers cheese, but it was made to be very sweet and there was limited filling for the price. The sesame bagel was over baked and dark brown and rather dry. The chicken salad was ground and lacked flavor and I suspect they mix bread crumbs in because it looked like that and also lacked the chicken flavor. If the chicken were in small chunks you would know what you are getting, but when it's ground, I wasn't sure. In NY, that's what many deli's and bagel places have done to save money is to mix something in. The chicken salad sandwich was $18 and besides questionable amount of chicken, they couldn't even put a pickle slice in. I had to pay more money to have a few pickle spears. The only thing that had excellent quality was the black and white cookie. I would not order from this place again! I wasted a lot of money because I thought with those high prices and descriptions that I would get classic NY style Jewish food- but it was a waste of money!!!
