Definitely my favorite fast food spot in Houston. Authentic Los Angeles style burgers, Mexican food, and breakfast. If I wasn't watching my weight, I'd probably eat here daily! Burgers are amazing, chili cheese fries on point, and pancake platter is out of this world. 10 out of 10. Love the owners as well!

I had the Taco Salad at Calibomnia, and it was delicious! The chicken was flavorful and there was plenty of it—definitely not skimpy on the protein.
The taco bowl shell it came in was also good, crisp but not too hard. My only recommendation would be to consider placing the taco salad in another type of container or bowl—something that can be sealed to help keep the temperature in better for takeout or transport.
Other than that, everything was great! I’d definitely order it again.

I ordered the$12 Calibomb Burger/ with Fries Meal Deal, and I was IMPRESSED! I was expecting a small burger with a small order of fries, but I was wrong. I got a full burger with bacon and avocado and got a good serving of fries. the burger was very good, and the fries were seasoned deliciously. All for $12 is an amazing deal! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

When people talk about the need to support local, family owned businesses, they are talking about places like Calibombnia. The husband and wife team that run the kitchen churn out consistent, delicious, and extremely reasonably priced food day-in and day-out. I go at least once a week after work, and sometimes more because I seriously love them so much.
If you're from California, you will know how authentic this cali-style Mexican and American food is. If you're curious to try an alternative to Tex-Mex, then look no further. The portion-for-price ratio here is truly unbeatable.
They even cater! Calibomb catered my family Christmas Eve party, even coming in to the kitchen on a Sunday (their day off) to complete the order for me. The best part? My picky family, where no one can ever agree on what to eat, LOVED the food and everyone took tons of leftovers home.

Delicious well sized Breakfast Burrito w/ French toast sticks, portions are excellent & quality is on point! Only issue is the salsa is nearly flavorless and it came spicy for some reason and I don't like spicy food unfortunately.
