The sheer diversity of the menu and Vegetable Samosas ( 2 ) spiced and fried to perfect crispness, aromatic and not to be missed. The Chicken tikka Saag (spinach) was truly a standout. Rich, creamy spinach sauce, complex and a perfect complement to the toothsome morsels of chicken marinated in yogurtand spices, At least, it's one of my personal favorites. The ability to combine excellent ingredients and dishes in many different ways across the VAST menu allowed me tonight, for the first time in my life, taste Medu Vada (2), a lentil-flower donut that is savory and layered in both flavor and texture like no other donut on Earth. It's the diversity and options as well as the fantastic quality of preparation and ingredients that have made me a loyal customer since they opened. One of my favorite restaurants ever!

All the things, I can't say enough good things. The portion on the biryani family pack is huge, the consistency is immaculate, the food is always hot and tastes fresh. My go to for Indian food every time.

Bawarchi never misses! I always go for the saag, but today I wanted to try something new. The Chicken Mughlai is a perfect balance of sweet and savory with a hint of spice. Definitely will be ordering this again.
I always get a side of biryani rice as lunch for the next day and it's the perfect size and so good.

THE best Thai food in Fort Collins area. Huge portions. Love their Bawarchi special chicken biryani. Their butter chicken comes with white rice and we get it with garlic naan bread; so good. One order is enough for 2 people. The lassi yogurty drinks are good and help tone down the heat of the Thai food if you get something spicy!

The Butter Chicken was flavored so well. The sauce was nice and tasty. The chicken had out of this world flavor. Garlic Naan was just decent. Bit expensive for just one thing of naan, 6 pieces of chicken. But super tasty.
