I am extremely impressed by the food. I got the Pernil with yellow rice. It's all so tasty. And the skin was nice and crispy to perfection! Def will order again.
The yellow rice looked a little off on the color. It seems it was the bottom of the rice. However, it was delicious as well.
Portion of the rice was large. Wish maybe a little larger portion of Pernil to balance it out.

the Extra Roasted pork skin is the best item. it's only $2 but it comes with crispy pernil skin and buttery pork. it doesn't only come with the skin but also with a little meat ITS SUPER GOOD. TRY IT!

This restaurant is true to it's name. Best Chicharron in the 'Field. I get it everytime I'm in town. Love the Potato Salad too. They do you justice by adding the Extra Roasted pork skin for sale cuz I always get that too. They hold it down, always.

Best pork skin in Springfield. The Roasted Pork with White Rice & Beans white rice was spectacular. Love this spot.
